Accessing our building
The surgery has 3 accessible parking spaces in the car park. There is a ramp into the practice and induction loops at reception. Within the building we have a lift and accessible bathrooms with changing facilities.

As part of Hounslow Health Primary Care Network (PCN), our practice works closely with other local GP surgeries and healthcare professionals to offer you a wider range of services, closer to home. The practices belonging to Hounslow Health Primary Care Network are: Bath Road Surgery, Blue Wing Family Doctor Unit, Chestnut Practice, Green Practice, Hounslow Family Practice, HMC Heart of Hounslow, Hounslow Medical Centre, Kingfisher Practice, Redwood Practice and Willow Practice.
What Services Are Available Through Hounslow Health Primary Care Network?
Hounslow Health PCN brings together GPs, nurses, pharmacists, mental health specialists, paramedics, first contact practitioners, social prescribers, and other professionals to provide:
- Routine and same-day appointments
- Health and wellbeing support (mental health, lifestyle, social needs)
- Medication reviews and support with long-term conditions
- Access to physiotherapy, podiatry, and community care services
- Vaccination clinics and health checks
Enhanced Access Appointments
We offer Enhanced Access appointments on evenings and weekends:
- Weekdays: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
These appointments may be with a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional at one of the local hub practices.
